Telepass S.P.A.'s activity consists of an electronic physical device (“On Board Unit device” or “OBU”) installed on customers' road vehicles – cars or truck equipped with security elements and capable of transmitting data physical devices installed in vehicles, which can only be used to purchase products related to the use of motor vehicles, specifically tolls and vehicle parking and it was considered to be carried out under the exclusion referred to in point (k ii) of Article 3 of the PSD2.
