About this register

This directory reproduces data from the ESMA Interim MiCA Register (European Securities and Markets Authority) listing issuers of electronic money tokens (EMTs) — stablecoins pegged to a single official currency (EUR, USD, etc.).

Under MiCA Title IV, only credit institutions or e-money institutions are permitted to offer EMTs to the public or seek admission to trading in the EU. Each issuer must publish a white paper detailing the token characteristics.
