This directory reproduces data from the ESMA Interim MiCA Register (European Securities and Markets Authority) listing issuers of asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) — crypto-assets that maintain a stable value by referencing multiple official currencies, one or more commodities, one or more crypto-assets, or a basket of such assets.
Under MiCA Title III, issuers of ARTs must comply with authorisation, governance, and disclosure requirements, including publication of a white paper where applicable.
